Production lead time is usually 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch depending on location.
Full payment is required before production starts.
Please send files in PDF format and high resolution for the best print quality.
For accurate printing, files should be designed in CMYK color mode. RGB colors may appear different when printed.
Please understand that there can be slight differences between on-screen colors and the final printed product due to screen brightness, material, ink, and printing processes.
We are not responsible for color variations, low-quality artwork, or blurry/pixelated AI-generated images provided by customers.
Custom products are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers must have permission to use any logos or artwork submitted.
Stickers apply best on clean, smooth, and dry surfaces.
